In November 2023, my world changed in an instant with a glioblastoma diagnosis—brain cancer, one of the most aggressive types. I was told I had about a year to live, but instead of surrendering to fear, I decided to embrace hope. I knew I needed something to channel my strength, a way to fight back, not just for myself but for everyone impacted by cancer. That’s when I created JohnVsGBM.

Initially, I focused solely on brain cancer, crafting products to bring awareness, support, and solidarity for those affected by this devastating disease. The first items I designed were specifically for brain cancer awareness—something close to my heart. Over time, though, I realized there were so many others fighting their own battles against various cancers. My mission expanded, and now my store includes products that raise awareness for a range of cancers, each represented by a unique design that inspires resilience, humor, and strength.

Every piece is a reminder that we are stronger than this disease.
