New Optune Arrays Go On Monday — Thinner, Better, and Finally Here

I am so excited to share this: my new Optune arrays are finally here, and I will be putting them on this coming Monday!
For anyone living with Glioblastoma (GBM), you know how much of a commitment it is to wear the Optune device. As powerful as it is, my old arrays caused serious problems — sores on my scalp, migraines, and constant discomfort that made even simple things like sleeping or moving around a challenge.
But now? Things are looking up.
The new arrays are sitting here with me, ready to go. They are thinner, more breathable, and way more flexible. Just holding them in my hands, I can already feel the difference. This update is a game changer, and I cannot wait to get them on this Monday.
Optune has been a vital part of my treatment — delivering tumor treating fields (TTFields) that help fight cancer cell division. Staying consistent is key, but the old discomfort made that difficult some days. These new arrays are designed to make that consistency easier and more sustainable, and that means everything when you are in a long-term fight like this.
I will be posting pictures soon, so if you are also using Optune or considering it, keep an eye out. I want to show what the new setup looks like and give others hope that comfort and progress are possible — even with something as tough as GBM.
Every improvement matters. Every upgrade is a win. And this Monday? It is going to be a big one.
Thanks for being here with me. 💪
